ParkerStore® and Hose Doctor®
Vito Rimoldi has joint the Parker Retail Programme for many years. The Distributor agreement with Parker Hannifin, in fact, dates back to 1997, when Vito Rimoldi set up a new company division dedicated to Fluid Connectors.
One of the pillars of the Retail Concept is the ParkerStore: in our case it is located in Legnano, highly visible passing through Via Novara.
The ParkerStore allows customers to easily find stock for a wide range of products. We have about 7.000 products for immediate use and a dedicated 10.000 part number catalogue.
The key differentiator is the ParkerStore staff: customers, especially those involved in maintenance, repair and overhaul can rely on knowledgeable and qualified technicians to solve specific problems.
You can take advantage of the immediate hose assembly and the application of the PTS (Parker Tracking System), the hose tracking and management system.
Another characteristic of Parker Retail Concept is the Hose Doctor: it is a van, stocked with all the hoses, fittings, adaptors and accessory products for on-the-spot replacement of hose assemblies.
Vito Rimoldi uses the Hose Doctor for maintenance and technical assistance in industrial plants. The service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a dedicated number.
