Automation of control processes and packaging
Monitoring the process parameters, even when this is done by means of fine sensors and state-of-the-art equipment, may not be the final solution for the elimination of defects.
In certain situations, due to the production technologies employed or the type of material being processed, it is necessary to make a bigger effort to ensure that the number of faulty parts amounts to only a few per million of produced pieces.
The automation of the final inspection and of the packaging process has allowed us to overcome these obstacles in a safe and cost-effective manner.
